3:30pm - Any photos/hugs should be done at home BEFORE the ceremony
4pm - Seating starts
4:30pm - 8th graders arrive
5-6pm - Ceremony
6-8pm - Parents leave! 8th Grade Dinner and Dance in the Gathering Place (Students will get food & drinks) (Once students LEAVE the dance they can not re-enter)
8pm - Parents pick up your students at 8pm from Austin St. or back parking lot.

Ceremony takes place on front lawn of ROMS - In case of inclement weather, ceremony will take place in the GYM.
B.Y.O.C. if you cannot sit on bleachers!
Chairs will be provided for our 8th graders.
There is limited seating in the back for those people who bring their own chairs.
Please dress appropriately (if it's warm) and carry water for what will be a sizzling experience.
The ceremony, dance, and 8th grade breakfast are all free!

Traditionally, our 6th and 7th grade parents help with this event, allowing our 8th grade families to relax and enjoy the evening.
Please note: If you plan to be on the 8th Grade Celebration committee next year, please volunteer this year.
We will also need LOTS of bottled water donations from 8th grade (or any) families.

Be a part of the slide show by submitting a picture of your middle school pictures for the slideshow, send them to roclassof2023@gmail.com. You are welcome to send in more than 1 picture but only 1 will be guaranteed to be in the slide show. Please include your name in the message with your picture! School emails will not send to this email address. All pictures due by Friday, May 31st.
